That link not working,So i here say my suggestion about unlocking the Phone from Network Lock,You can use the unlock code to unlock it,You can get the unlock code from the site http://www.mobileunlocksolutions.com/samsung-galaxy-s/rs1wp9/ and unlock it from Network Lock.
